SD Products claims it stocks and supplies the largest range of plastic panel and trim fasteners in the UK, the total number of products available in its on-line catalogue is approaching 11 000 and there are still more on the way.

In September alone over 200 brand new parts have been added to an already extensive selection of scrivets, expansion rivets, removable push rivets and fir tree buttons. This particular product line has proved to be increasingly popular with our customers.

SD Products push rivets and scrivets are reusable and quick and easy to assemble. They provide a secure fixing and will only be detached if necessary. Closed end design is especially useful in blind applications, where it helps with self-alignment.

When installed, these rivets will expand in order to secure themselves for a tight fit. Fir tree buttons are often used in the automotive industry and furniture manufacture. The barbs on the shaft of the button point downwards and away from the path of the hole. This allows for an easy access into the surface and secure hold, especially when used with softer materials like wood, plastics or rubber. And SD Products now offers these fasteners in more sizes than ever before.

All plastic fasteners from SD Products are manufactured from 'top quality engineering polymers' like nylon, polycarbonate and acetal. This ensures outstanding durability and impact resistance even for highly specialised applications. Rigorous quality control is one of the main reasons why the company still maintains a great reputation among the customers after 35 years in the business.

Latest product updates and the most up to date version of the catalogue are always available on. SD Products website contains the most accurate information on sizes, colours, materials, finishes and other specifications for every existing product line.
