Another great way to provide top quality service in our line of business is to keep expanding and updating our catalogue. Over the past few weeks we added several new product lines and we are preparing to launch more product ranges in the near future. SD Products Ltd now offers new a range of special and purpose made bonding fasteners, in addition to our existing Composites & Bonded line. We supply a wide variety of bespoke parts suitable for highly specialised applications and requirements. Bonding fasteners are extremely versatile, they can be used on a number of different materials providing equally strong and reliable fixing. Our special range is manufactured only from quality mild and stainless steel offering excellent durability and longevity. Reliability in demanding situations is especially important considering that bespoke bonding fasteners are often used in medical and firefighting equipment as well as numerous automotive, marine and aerospace applications. Removable and panel type push rivets have been added to our panel and trim fastener range. Non-corrosive and non-conductive properties of nylon and polycarbonate make these fasteners ideal for use in a wide variety of applications, even in extreme conditions. They provide a secure fixing and can only be disengaged if necessary. When installed, rivet will expand in order to secure itself for a tight fit. The furniture selection has been updated as well, a new line of fir tree buttons is now available. These fasteners are designed to secure board or sheet materials to secondary panels or for holding components to panels. The grooves on the shaft of the button contract on entry and expand when the installation is complete.
