High speed dust cap for quarter-turn locks
Resulting from its development work, EMKA has found the need to exclude unwanted material from locks installed on high speed trains and then found that it is potentially valuable for other installations.
The Program 1000 Dust Cap was originally designed for use with the company's visual indicator compression latch, but naturally works just as well in the case of other compatible quarter-turn locks.
The dust cap has high closure force as needed for high speed applications or other vehicle installations where it is important to exclude road dirt and grime, so as to ensure optimal operation in all conditions. It is moulded in black UV-resistant TPE.
