The Fisnar VC300 is a sophisticated controller which is compatible for use with pneumatic dispensing valves fitted with a spring return or air actuated closing action. Using an internal 5/2 pneumatic solenoid valve, the controller can rapidly actuate and shut off the dispense valve to prevent drooling and mitigate material waste. This rapid solenoid activation provides faster processing speeds whilst delivering accurate and repeatable dispensing results.
An integrated pressure regulator and gauge offer a key benefit in allowing control of both the dispense valve actuation and the setting of the fluid pressure supplied to the dispense valve. This results in a simple and compact valve system setup. Additionally, the push-in style air inlet and outlet ports ensure universal functionality.
Manufactured with a durable aluminium housing and industry-standard system components, the controller is designed for use in industrial work environments. A bright multi-line LED display screen offers easy visualisation of dispense parameters and conditions. Thanks to these user-friendly controls and simple programming, a dispense cycle can be created, displayed, and stored within minutes. Users can also choose from 3 different dispense modes: manual, timed, or cycle.
The VC300 replaces the Fisnar VC1195N and other legacy model valve controllers.
