Unifast has a subsidiary company, Unifast Fastening Systems Ltd, based near Alton, Hampshire. In turn, Böllhoff UK has acquired Unifast UK.
Established in 1985, Unifast is a family-run company, employing 50 staff. The company designs, manufactures and distributes fastening technologies for the industrial and automotive sectors.
The acquisition will expand Böllhoff's business in the Italian automotive market, whereas Böllhoff will deliver Unifast proprietary technologies worldwide through the international network of the Böllhoff Group.
