As a result, Paul Hughes, chairman of Techsil for 16 years, has left the company. Chris Dilley will continue in the position of managing director, with Mark Rice taking on the position of finance and operations director.
Managing director Chris Dilley said: “This is the beginning of an exciting chapter for Techsil as we leverage forward with existing customers and Diploma’s support to build a global business. The last few years have seen Techsil expand its reach and establish really firm foundations with large customers and on our e-commerce platforms. The staff have been really great over the years and their commitment to great service has been a boon to our customer base.”
The company will continue to trade as Techsil Limited and operate under its Techsil brand, from the same location (Bidford on Avon).
