Stokvis Tapes installs TIM tester

Stokvis Tapes has installed a thermal interface material (TIM) tester from Linseis at its research centre to support those experiencing thermal management challenges.

The TIM tester measures thermal conductivity, thermal resistance and stress of Stokvis Tapes’s thermal materials according to ASTM D5470.

Stokvis Tapes offers a range of TIM solutions in different thicknesses, hardness grades and thermal conductivities.
