These products are now made with recycled plastic. The company says that stress tests indicate that they are as robust as the products made with original plastic.
Not only that, because of the nature of the recycled material, in the production process the company has reduced energy consumption and CO2 emissions - and water usage too.
It is also worth noting that these recycled knives are not at a premium to the standard product.
