Customers from Precision Stainless will be using the new Apex webshop.
The rebrand includes updated signage, contact emails, website branch information, social channels, brochures and paperwork to reflect the new identity. Apex Marketing has worked to ensure a seamless transition, keeping old contact information live to ensure customer queries are not missed.
Earlier this month, Apex launched new staff uniforms across the company, including in Leeds, to reflect the new brand identity. The project was a success, steered with the help of staff feedback on uniform choices for Spring/Summer and Autumn/Winter.
Jason Lloyd, eCommerce and marketing manager, said: “The Leeds update has been an important step forward in bringing the Apex brand into alignment across the business. It also means that it is perfectly set up for us to promote the Apex webshop directly to customers, avoiding any future confusion.”
In August, Apex opened a new premises in Wednesbury, West Midlands. The facility replaced the old Bilston premises, which had been operational for the last 30 years. The move is expected to ensure the long-term growth and sustainability of the company in the West Midlands.
It serves as another step in line with the company’s growth plans. The 75,309 square foot facility is complete with packing and conveyer belt systems and custom shelving solutions.
The site contains a new office space, a canteen and modern warehouse facilities.
The facility is the first to see the implementation of Apex’s updated visual identity, including signage which has been installed, using the brand-new Apex logo.
The new visual identity is ideal for digital touchpoints. This is important with the webshop launch.
In recent years, Apex has focused on investing in the future. This has included the change in the ERP system last year.
