Ruston’s professional background includes her most recent position as chief of staff at Sitenna, where she played a key role in enhancing operational effectiveness and developing a continuous improvement culture. Prior to that, she served in the Royal Navy, leading training governance and assurance initiatives while supporting continuous improvement across training and development functions.
“I’m excited to join Norco and to be part of a company that places such a strong emphasis on its people and culture,” said Ruston. “I look forward to collaborating with the team to drive strategic development and create a supportive, inclusive working environment that fosters growth and continuous improvement.”
In October, Norco Composites & GRP expanded its CNC (computer numerical control) and kit cutting capabilities in a move that boosts its internal manufacturing capability.
The expansion also allows the company to extend these services to external customers, meeting a growing demand for precision machining solutions.
Over the last five years, Norco has developed its CNC and kit cutting capabilities to support our internal manufacturing needs.
To support this strategic growth, Norco has invested in new plant equipment and expanded its production floor space by 8,000 to 16,000 square feet. As part of this expansion, the company will be relocating our existing CNC Centre to a dedicated CNC facility in Unit 33. This increase in capacity will ensure that Norco has the resources to handle growing customer demand and accommodate the latest advancements in technology.
