Norco’s achievement is the result of efforts by its sales and engineering team, specifically Ned Popham and Harry Dodge.

Last October, Norco Composites & GRP appointed Elly Ruston head of people. As part of her role, she will develop initiatives focused on people, culture and growth.
Ruston’s professional background includes her most recent position as chief of staff at Sitenna, where she played a key role in enhancing operational effectiveness and developing a continuous improvement culture. Prior to that, she served in the Royal Navy, leading training governance and assurance initiatives while supporting continuous improvement across training and development functions.
