The finishing of rotor blades has become more and more important due to the increasing blade lengths. In order to protect the surface of the rotor blade particularly well, small unevennesses are filled with putty material at the end of the production process. With the puttymix, DOPAG has developed a specific system that perfectly meters and mixes the two-component putty material with its high viscosity variance.
DOPAG's metering and mixing systems process one- and two-component materials such as polyurethane or epoxy resin, with a particular focus on process-reliable and reproducible application. The systems are suitable for all composites applications, from adhesive bonding and sealing through filament winding and RTM to infusion and pultrusion.
