PC hosted torque calibration analyser

A personal electronic torque analyser from Torqueleader Torque Tools has been designed to interface with a PC or laptop via a USB connector and uses a robust Lemo connector.

The PETA 4 can collect data, perform SPC analysis and display results directly into an Excel spreadsheet. Automatic reminders are sent via Excel which helps with re-calibration planning for torque tools.

Calibration certificates to ISO 6789:2003 can be created directly in Word. The operating modes include Track, Peak, First Peak and power tools testing modes. The Primary test function offers a quick Go or No go test for hand or power tools. It has memory storage capacity for torque tools and transducers with password protection and is compatible with most industry standard mV/V transducer. There are a range of transducer cables are available.
