Support service for torque control products

A new Customer Service Department has been established by Crane Electronics at its base in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

John Bromwich, who will head the Department as Customer Service Manager, says that he and his team "will consolidate and improve the provision of product service and all-round support to the company's United Kingdom and European customers".

The support functions will be provided for end-users of Crane's torque control products and services, as well as distributors. "These will include the integration of training, commissioning, installation, technical product support, servicing, and repair calibration activities."
