Dispensing solutions take-over

It has been announced that LCL (Liquid Control Limited) in the United Kingdom has been acquired from Graco Inc. by Euroblast Middle East.

LCL designs, manufactures, and installs dispensing solutions for use in applications such as electrical potting, composite and structural bonding, sealant mixing for aircraft wings, resin processing and dispensing machines for aircraft, automobile, and high-speed train windshields, foam in-place gaskets, filter encapsulation and bonding, etc. The company has designed, built, and commissioned many single-component and multi-component resin systems from very low to extremely high viscosity liquids and paste materials.

Euroblast is in the top five Graco distributors operating in the Middle East. It is a subsidiary of the KK Group from India. LCL's equipment is manufactured using Grace products where appropriate; the company will continue to be an authorised distributor of the full range of Graco products.

Doug Bridgeman, LCL's operations manager in the UK, reports that the Euroblast/LCL link-up "will make a sizeable impact in improving the product range and, with continuous research and development and investment, it will take advantage of the opportunity to further develop the portfolio while continuing to offer quality products and services".
