Adhesives tapes and die cutting experts Lohmann AdhesiveTapes Systems has expanded and relocated into substantial new premises in Milton Keynes.

In the 18 years since the company's formation, it has continued to grow and now has 25 staff and will employ another five later this year. Managing director Roger Churchill explained the move: "With more than 85% of our business being bespoke tape and die cutting design and supply for customers, a central location is important to the continued growth of our business." The company is a technical specialist which converts and distributes industrial double-sided adhesive tapes and provides engineered tape and die cutting solutions in six key market sectors – graphics, specialities, building and construction, consumer products and transportation. "An increase in demand for custom-designed tape and die-cut solutions meant that we outgrew our already expanded premises in Aylesbury," Churchill added. "We now have substantially enhanced capacity to meet the needs of more and more OEMs who are working with us to discover better ways to put things together using engineered adhesive tape." Lohmann Adhesive Tape Systems are exhibiting at the IASE Exhibition, 21st October 2010, National Motorcycle Museum Birmingham. Visitors will be able to discuss their particular applications at the show.
