PSM's Miniature fastener range consists of MINI-SMF, MINI Inserts for Plastics and MINI TMP Screws.
The MINI-SMF includes Laser Weld, Riveting and Self-Clinch products allowing designers to select a part to exactly suit their miniature metal assembly application.
The MINI Inserts for Plastics are available in the SONIC-LOK® and MINI-TECH® designs and can be installed using heat or ultrasonic methods. These designs allow the use of very small screw fixings and provide complete re-usability, with no risk of thread stripping.
The MINI-TMP screws offer economical solutions to plastic assembly and have distinct advantages over other direct screw fixings.
