Push button snap locks are simple but effective

A new series of push button snap locks from Elesa is ideal for small doors and panels where a slam closure is required with quick opening.

This is achieved with a radial spring loaded slide which snaps into place when the door is closed – opening is by simple push button to disengage the slide. Elesa tells us that the GN315 series is ideal for inspection cover panels or doors, or for quick location of frequently removed equipment where manual release is appropriate. The snap locks feature both an integral grip knob handle and adjustable depth of locking distance to accommodate various door and frame distances – from 18 to 23mm and from 23 to 28 mm. The GN315.1 is a simple flush mount button available with fixed clamp settings of 20mm or 25mm. Visitors to the FAST Exhibition at the Motor Cycle Museum on October 20th can find more information on the Elesa stand.
