A new generation stud welding unit for arc welding with and without tip ignition. Ideal for welding steel studs (M3 – M8) (max welding diameter 10.5mm), brass (M3-M8) and aluminium (M3 – M6).

Built on the basis of a 30 KHz switched mode power supply and equipped with a high capacity RISC processor, this device offers the same power as conventional welders at only half the weight and with reduced idle power consumption. This is the ideal tool for welding tip ignition studs up to M8 using a contact or gap welding gun.
