The design is based on experience that quarter-turns can be utilised in various application areas. Many of these applications are located in areas with high levels of debris and dirt, which exposes the lock mechanism to environmental contamination.
Therefore, this spring-loaded flap lid has been developed and manufactured in durable and corrosion-resistant polyamide to prevent damage to the inner lock workings from dirt and particle build-up, ensuring smooth operation.
The enclosing flap provides protection against soiling and, being spring-loaded, it falls back into the closed position at any time after operation and thus reliably protects against dust and water. An integrated stop protects the quarter-turn surface from damage.
