Panasonic’s Bead Eye system helps prevent loss of quality in the welding bead by drawing on a knowledge database.
Also, its iWNB (integrated Welding Network Box) helps welding to become visible and digital, delivering added value in productivity, quality, traceability, and maintainability. All information about the welding robot and process is collected, accumulated, and analysed. The system makes proposals for stable production while improving overall productivity.
