Modular roller tracks rolled out

1 min read

Modularity, ease of assembly and components substitution, good sliding properties, quiet operation and resistance, are some of the advantages offered by Elesa Eleroll modular roller tracks.

Eleroll roller elements are said to be quick and easy to assemble and high-quality. They are primarily used for feeding and discharging of items within sectors such as machinery construction, storage and picking system and packaging machinery.

The main components of Elesa roller tracks are the sliding elements and profiles, available with rollers or balls. Providing these options result in a variety of design solutions to accommodate machinery needs. The aluminium profiles are said to be strong enough to hold heavy loads with high resistance to bending, even when not fully supported with other load-bearing elements.

The range is completed with numerous accessories for construction, structures and brakes, containment sides and heads, to enable positioning, functionality, and safety in across various applications.

Elesa roller elements are made of polyamide-based technopolymer. They can also be made of anti-scratch and anti-trace thermoplastic polyurethane, particularly suitable for handling delicate materials like glass and wood.

The standard roller size is 25mm wide with a diameter of 14.5mm. However, smaller rollers are also available for handling materials with limited weight and dimensions.

Roller ball elements are made of white acetal resin-based technopolymer, and allow material movement in any direction. No lubrication is required.
