Mark Andy Print Products, the consumable and supplies division of the American narrow web press manufacturer, is now offering Lohmann products to printers and converters in the UK and Ireland.
MAPP’s range of products includes flexo items for pre-press, press room and post press operations and comprises among other items plate mounting tapes, doctor blades, splicing tape, and all the chemicals uses in the Flexo process.
Operations manager Andy Clarke commented: “We are delighted to add Lohmann products to our high-quality portfolio that has enjoyed tremendous growth since we launched into the European market back in 2019. We view the addition of Lohmann as another significant step in providing a full one-stop service and supply source for printing companies operating in today’s competitive commercial environment.”
Lohmann is a long-established manufacturer of plate mounting adhesive tapes. The company celebrated its 170th anniversary in 2021, and 2022 will see Lohmann UK celebrate its 30th birthday. Lohmann’s products for the Flexo process are marketed under the brand name DuploFLEX.
