James’s bond gets stuck in

That phrase: The name's Bond, James Bond – will be on the lips of many this autumn at the forthcoming IASE (Industrial Adhesives, Sealants & Encapsulants) Exhibition being held at the National Motorcycle Museum Birmingham on 21st October

James, it turns out, is an applications expert for one of the world's leading adhesives companies. He specialises in bonding dissimilar materials, especially plastics and metals in structural applications. Jeremy is technical director of one of the best sealants businesses in the UK, specialising in motor, HGV and agricultural applications. These are just two of dozens of experts exhibiting at the Show. Under the banner 'Let's stick together' and with support from the British Adhesives and Sealants Association , all types of adhesives will be exhibited for use just about everywhere in industry . Adhesives, sealants and encapsulants frequently offer major cost savings with enhanced performance throughout the development lifecycle of a product, often replacing mechanical fasteners or achieving engineered solutions simply not possible otherwise and frequently adhesives allow fresh designs to be implemented. Industrial designers are well advised to get along to the Motor Cycle Museum next October and see for themselves. Visitors will also have access to the successful FAST (Fastening & Assembly Technology) Exhibition at the same event.
