This new location allows Hankuk Composite to offer next-day delivery on a range of prepregs, including tooling and general-purpose prepregs in industry-standard carbon fabrics and weights, as well as specialist prepregs for automotive and aerospace interiors.
Hankuk Composite UK continues to enhance its product offerings with materials tailored for various sectors, including automotive, aerospace, energy, construction, sports and leisure. The new facility further strengthens the company’s ability to deliver press-mouldable prepregs.
Hankuk Carbon’s G101-1 resin system, optimised for automotive and aerospace applications, is expected to offer surface quality and high transparency, making it ideal for aesthetic and structural components.
According to Hankuk Composite UK, the new tooling prepeg, with a five-day outlife, low-temperature initial cure, and high-temperature post-cure capabilities, has been well-received in the market. These prepregs and Class A epoxy production prepregs will be available ex-stock.
