Frank Kolmorgen named executive board member for industry at tesa

On 1 July, Frank Kolmorgen (54) was appointed to the executive board of tesa SE by the supervisory board.

Kolmorgen, who is currently president & regional manager greater China at tesa, succeeds Angela Cackovich, who is leaving the company to pursue new professional challenges.

Dr. Martin Stark, chairman of the supervisory board, said: "An internal successor was important to us because there are very good managers among the tesa executives." Norman Goldberg, CEO of tesa SE, plans to further strengthen tesa's industrial business. tesa relies on innovations and sustainability as well as a cooperative partnership with its customers when developing new products. The areas of responsibility of the industry board department include five business units that develop and offer innovative industrial adhesive solutions for the automotive, electronics, construction and printing industries, as well as industrial trade.

Frank Kolmorgen has been with tesa SE for more than 21 years and has extensive experience in various national and international management positions in Germany as well as Asia. He has been managing the tesa business in the region greater China at the Shanghai location since 2017. Among other things, the large tesa plant in Suzhou was expanded during this time, including a customer solution centre, development laboratories and clean room production for the highly specialised products for applications by electronics and automotive customers.
