Delo launches LED lamp for production-line UV curing

1 min read

The newly-developed Delolux 301 LED line lamp enables highly automated processes within production of small electronic components.

Thanks to its very high intensity of up to 30 W/cm², it enables the highest speeds in the curing of light-curing adhesives. High intensities at small working distances, on the other hand, allow great flexibility at working distances of up to 100mm, still with sufficiently high intensities for the curing of Delo adhesives. The lamp’s compact head dimensions, measuring 42.7mm x 13mm x 67.2mm, contribute to a high degree of flexibility for integration into production systems as well.

The lamp head produces a linear irradiated area of 38.7mm x 8.45mm. The Delolux 301 can be operated as a single head or seamlessly combined to form a larger array.

Delolux 301 is suitable for clean rooms as standard. The lamp head can be used passively or water-cooled, depending on the process. Due to the high intensity involved, the manufacturer recommends water cooling and offers a suitable cooling profile for the lamp head for this purpose – if not already available in your system.

The lamp is available with wavelengths of 365nm and 400nm or, optionally, 460nm.

Their achievable useful life is more than 20,000 hours. The lamp heads can be replaced quickly and easily on the Delolux pilot control units via plug-and-play.

UK dealers include Intertronics and Ellsworth Adhesives.
