The agreement, valid as of January 2022, includes Born2Bond engineering adhesives designed for ‘by-the-dot’ bonding applications in selected industries, such as automotive, electronics, luxury packaging, medical devices and MRO, as well as Bostik’s Industrial Adhesives & Sealants used in the manufacture and assembly of components across a diverse range of industrial sectors.
Bostik says its corporate DNA and product range perfectly fit with DGE’s strategy and market footprint, and the collaboration is expected to deliver significant growth opportunities to the parties which are not covered by Bostik today.

DGE said that, as a specialty chemical distributor, it will utilise its technical expertise and Bostik’s solutions to support customers to promote sustainable products and processes in the industries in which they operate.
