The battery cell to cell connection technology is expected to extend the battery lifecycle and make the end of life management possibilities greater.

ARaymond, a company specialising in fastening and assembly systems started working with ACC, an automotive battery manufacturer, in 2021 to develop new battery cell solutions for electric vehicles.

Emmanuel Le Flem, ARaymond network vice president, said: “As automotive champions in each of our fields, we’ve joined forces to now also   pioneer disassembly and sustainability for the mobility market.”
