The GBK products are both 2 piece assembled construction, with not only the spring clip, but also a moulded housing which allows a Cable Tie to be passed through the housing in 2 different directions giving the assembler options for securing cable or pipe work etc.
Additionally the GBK product offers 2 mounting styles, one is TOP mounted whilst the other is SIDE mounted each allowing 2 mounting directions for the Cable Tie, providing customers options to consider when choosing production components and methods.
GBK are pleased to present 2 new products to the market:
Edge Clips - Top & Side Mounted
Ideal for use in metal fabrication markets that require a fixing position, but there is no opportunity to place a fixing hole. These parts are pressed onto a folded edge of steel between 1.0 & 3.0mm thick. A Cable Tie can then be passed through the body moulding features to provide the anchor point for pipe or cables to the assembly or chassis.
GBK offer both a Side & Top mounted version, which provides users with 4 mounting options in total ensuring that the best possible fastening solution is utilised.
These products are 2 part assemblies using the same SUS spring clip, but slightly different body mouldings to provide the different fixing locations.
