As an Authorised Stanley Engineered Fastening Tool Centre our fully trained service engineers provide a consistently high standard of workmanship that enables us to service & repair all POP Avdel, MasterFix & Gesipa air tools quickly & expertly.
Ensuring our tool repairs meet the highest standards is Richard Polley. With a wealth of experience working in industry, including 10 years as a mechanic for automotive leaders such as Porsche, and joining Zygology in 2017 Richard has overseen our repair department to assess the tools, determine the necessary repairs & provide fast turnaround. Unlike other repair providers, we can get your tools, correctly fixed, usually back to you within days.
All The Parts Required
So that tool repairs are turned around as quickly as possible we carry a comprehensive stock of spare parts & consumables for Avdel, POP, MasterFix & Gesipa tools. All tools are fully tested prior to return & repairs are guaranteed for 3 months.
We have a fully equipped & dedicated tool repair facility complete with sonic eco-friendly chemical cleaners to ensure that all components can be cleaned & inspected thoroughly prior to re-assembly of the tool. This helps to ensure that your tool is returned to you in tip-top condition.

Increase Tool Longevity with Regular Servicing
Of course the best way of maintaining the tools in your fleet is to have them regularly serviced so that they don’t get to the point of requiring repair. In addition to simply repairing tools we can provide tool servicing as well. A typical tool service will involve a complete strip down, de-greasing/cleaning of all parts, the replacement of all seals & worn parts, re-priming, re-setting as required & testing.
Servicing can be arranged to fit in with shutdowns or down time to suit your schedules. With prior arrangement & where a number of tools need attention we can also come to your premises to carry out repairs & service of your tools.
