Solvent-free adhesive range simplified

The Solfre2 range of solvent-free adhesives, developed by Chemique Adhesives and Sealants, has been simplified, the company has announced.

The Solfre2 GP is a general-purpose formulation that can be applied using either spray or bead; the Solfre2 HC is for honeycomb panelling, also for application by spray or bead; the Solfre2 HCR is a rollable version of the HC.

"The new range is environmentally friendly and has two-part performance for extra bond strength", reports Chemique's technical manager John Bellerby. "It is for use in insulation panels in buildings and in vehicles, cladding and architectural panels, and textile and foam laminates. We believe that it should be regarded as an integral component in ensuring that the correct performance criteria for panels is achieved.
"The new range ensures that users get the best product to meet their stringent adhesive requirements
