Typical applications include, security hinges incorporating interlocking bolts and with the option of through connections for electronic locks, alarm systems and electronic door closers. Bespoke hinges for automotive applications designed to customer specifications. Heavy-duty hinges specifically designed for use in conjunction with security and armoury fabrications.
Whatever the hinge requirement there is a Phoenix product to suit the most exacting specification, with the option of materials including Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Brass. Open leaf sizes range from 19mm up to 250mm, with the option of non-standard sizes available upon request. Standard material thickness range from 0.5mm to 5mm and the company offers a wide choice of finishes including self-colour, powder coated and plated.
