Today we have a fully equipped and dedicated tool repair facility complete with sonic (and newly acquired) eco-friendly chemical cleaners to ensure that all components can be cleaned and inspected thoroughly prior to re-assembly of the tool. This helps to ensure that your tool is returned to you in tip - top condition. So that tool repairs are turned around as quickly as possible we carry a comprehensive stock of spare parts and consumables for Avdel, POP, Masterfix and Gesipa tools. All tools are fully tested prior to return to the customer and repairs are guaranteed for 3 months.
As an Authorised Stanley Engineered Fastening Tool Centre we can also undertake repairs under warranty for POP or Avdel tools sold from any authorised source.
Of course the best way of maintaining the tools in your fleet is to have them regularly serviced so that they don’t get to the point of actually breaking down. In addition to simply repairing tools we are very happy to provide comprehensive tool servicing as well. A typical tool service will involve a complete strip down, de-greasing/cleaning of all parts, the replacement of all seals and worn parts, re-priming, re-setting as required and testing. Servicing can be arranged to fit in with shutdowns or down time to suit your schedules. With prior arrangement and where a number of tools need attention we can also come to your premises to carry out repairs and service of your tools.

Obviously tool failures always come at inconvenient times, normally when you just need a working tool immediately – and can’t wait for your own tool to be sent back for repair. Alternatively a contract can come your way which means you will need a certain tool type for just the length of the contract.
