It has a semi-automated operation and, states Mike Silson, European business manager, "can apply up to 60 'Glue Dots' per minute, thus accelerating any production line".
To use, an item is pressed on to the application roller which senses pressure on the liner and automatically advances the 'Glue Dots'. The product can accommodate regularly shaped and irregularly shaped items and application can be to a variety of materials. Also being promoted by the company is its Dot Shot Pro hand dispensing gun.
