Yet, despite the maturity of these core technologies they are all subject to continuous development, and visitors to FAST 2017 will be introduced to a variety of products and upgrades.
These new formulations provide, for example, new methods of application, higher temperature tolerance and even better user safety. Some offer the best of both worlds, in terms of performance, such as combining instant adhesion with high bond strength or gap filling and sealing capability. They underline the growing importance of adhesives in design and manufacture, and open up completely new applications for the technology. LOCTITE 4090 and LOCTITE 4902 will be two of the key solutions on view.
