All electric hot melt gun is easy to handle

The MS200 is all electric and does not require compressed air to operate. It has a 250ml pre-melt chamber that can process hot melts in the form of granules, pillows and 43mm slugs. Because there is a reservoir of molten glue, more can be applied at one time. The gun is claimed to be lightweight and ergonomically designed so that it is easy to handle and safe to operate. An important feature allows the operator to adjust the resistance on the trigger and the rate of flow from the nozzle thus eliminating any repetitive strain injury or fatigue. The base of the gun is fitted with a magnet which allows it to stand upright on magnetic surfaces. There is a wire stand to support the gun when resting on non-magnetic surfaces. The gun is very powerful at 600 watts giving a high melt rate and a quick warm up time. The temperature is thermostatically adjustable up to 200 degrees centigrade making it suitable for all types of hot melt apart from polyamides. Typical applications are packaging, product assembly and potting of electrical components.
