WDS adds branded adhesives to its latest catalogue

WDS Component Parts has expanded its ever growing product catalogue with the launch of a new range of adhesives.
The new adhesive range, which includes thread locking adhesive and super glue, is expected to be popular with customers already purchasing fastening components from WDS as well as new customers, according to sales and marketing director Chris Putman.
"WDS works hard to add products to its catalogue that support its existing line-up offering its customers a greater degree of flexibility when placing their orders. The new adhesive range ticks all the boxes: it complements existing threaded products while adding a new dimension to our catalogue which will be attractive to both new and existing customers," commented Putman.
The range includes thread locking adhesive of various strengths as well as industrial super glue for plastics and rubber. The thread locker is claimed ideal for sealing and locking threaded fasteners; it prevents loosening through shock or vibration, as well as leakage through the fastening. Depending on the frequency that disassembly will be required there are low, medium and permanent strengths available.
The super glue offers high performance and fast curing characteristics with extremely low viscosity. It's ideal for plastic or rubber applications requiring a very fast bond. As with the majority of WDS parts, the adhesive range is held in stock at the company's UK warehouse, meaning that most orders are available for next day delivery.
