Unifast at the FAST Exhibition next week!

If you are a FAST Magazine reader you may have already spotted in the FAST Exhibition Showguide in the latest issue that Unifast Fastening Systems are exhibiting POP Brand fasteners and tools at the event with their partners Emhart Teknologies.
What you won't have seen (because it was omitted from the Showguide) is that Unifast is also now delivering its range of cold-formed high strength captive nuts & quick acting fastening systems directly in the UK.
KAPti-nut, the company's high strength, captive threaded fastening system for sheet metal is stated to offer a cleaner, safer and more environmentally friendly alternative to weld and blind rivet nuts, and is said to be "ideally suited to multiple and automated insertion into thin gauge steel, aluminium and pre-finished materials".
Another Unifast product, FASTturn, is a quick acting panel fixing fastener system used by manufacturers in the automotive, aerospace and other industries. It offers a slip-on receptacle and a simple quarter turn to click the fastener securely into place. Unifast says that FASTturn is easy to fit and cuts down the number of tools needed in application – saving time and money. "We excel in the design and development of custom fasteners with high performance that reduce in-place costs from purchase through assembly to final function" said Unifast md Simon Beauchamp.
