Testing resources for adhesive tapes customers

IASE show exhibitor tesa UK is reminding all customers that its tesacohesion customer care programme includes use of the company's advanced testing facilities in Germany.

The laboratory is able to offer a range of standard tests or devise specific trials to meet a new or unusual application. Tests cover such fundamental requirements as peel adhesion, static shear resistance and initial tack which can be offered in combination or permutation with trials that simulate the effects of temperature, humidity and impact. Accelerated weatherometers perform ageing tests which can accurately reproduce climatic cycles, with temperature and humidity variations across broad extremes.

Tesa says that 50% of its sales are derived from products developed in the last five years. And it is the same quality of technical expertise which drives the innovation programme that customers have at their disposal in the testing and technical laboratories.

All customers need to do is consult their usual sales team contact to establish bona fide credentials and discuss the particular technical issue they may be struggling to overcome. A simple but comprehensive application form is then completed to start the process.

Alternatively, visit the IASE Exhibition on 18th October at the National Motorcycle Museum to get more details about tesa testing.
