Techsil acquires Fospat’s adhesive business

Paul Hughes, managing director of Techsil explained: "We are aware that Fospat have long served a loyal and happy group of customers and we aim to continue to provide the same excellent service into the future. Techsil has taken over the distribution agreement with Power Adhesives and will work hard to ensure a seamless transition as we absorb the hot melt, adhesives and glue gun business into our existing organisation. "The combination of Techsil and Fospat Industrial Ltd," he commented, "will create a sizeable adhesives distribution business in which customers will continue to experience high quality standards of service while benefiting from a broader product offering." Mick Beeson, Techsil's business development director added: "Techsil has a wealth of product knowledge and first hand application experience gained by supplying materials that work in real production environments. Techsil built a reputation through working closely with customers to identify materials that overcome technical problems and reviewing customer applications to ensure that materials are delivering the most efficient and cost effective solution."
