RECENTLY LAUNCHED PACKAGING TAPE WORKS FROM FREE DISPENSER

Just launched, Lift & Reseal 'Fresh' has been designed for short shelf life products and is supplied with an in-line dispenser (pictured) which delivers the spool wound tape directly to pack. Lift & Reseal unwinds from spools, controlled by a brake and buffer system, which provide maximum speed and efficiency. The dispensers are provided free of charge as part of the company's tesacohesion customer care package, which includes an end-to-end installation and commissioning service that ensures dispensers are installed within a day, without reducing packaging line speed. Where other tapes provide limited reclosure actions, Lift & Reseal is designed to reclose packs more than 20 times, allowing consumers to reseal film based food packs for the product's lifetime. The tape remains adhesive faced as packs reduce in size and remains usable even if the adhesive face becomes dusty. For one provider of high quality snacks to the catering trade, the recent installation of the system has resulted in better process efficiencies which have led to increased product quality and higher levels of customer satisfaction.
