New website for Unifast

A revised and simplified website goes live this week for Unifast Fastening Systems, the UK partner of the global fastening solutions company Unifast Srl.

Unifast is an acknowledged leader in the fastener market and aims to deliver professional, innovative, reliable and economic fastening solutions to customers worldwide. Services on offer include manufacturing planning, design, development, prototyping and laboratory. Unifast specialises in the re-engineering of existing parts, simplifying processes and reducing both process time and overall cost. The company works closely with clients, acting as a partner involved from concept through to the final product. The website at http://www.unifast.co.uk provides full details of the company's products and services.

Unifast's standard range includes FAST turn quick acting fasteners, which are widely used where rapid assembly and disassembly of units is vital or where service access is required. The automotive industry is a major user of quick acting fasteners; the noise shields under motorcars being a prime example. KAPti-nut is a high strength captive threaded fastening system for sheet metal ideally suited to multiple and automated insertion into thin gauge steel, aluminium and pre-finished materials. Unifast also offers weld nuts for high quality and special purpose needs.
