Quality manager Gary Taylor said that the certification confirms that its processes continue to be robust. He added: “Our adhesive products are used in the most demanding engineering and manufacturing applications across automotive, construction, agricultural, marine and transport industries, where service and the quality of products used is paramount to their manufacturing and engineering processes.”
Mark Adams, managing director said that the recertification reflects its commitment to continual improvement and on-going quality assurance to our customers. He also said: “We have ambitious plans and strong projected growth for this year, and we are investing further in our production capabilities to support increased demand and to drive manufacturing productivity.”
Sales and marketing director Paul Nelson said: “With the onset of Brexit and various supply issues with imported goods, we are already seeing OEMs looking to switch their adhesive products for UK-made, high-quality but lower-cost local alternatives. Our chemists work closely with the project teams on sampling and testing to ensure a smooth production transition. ISO 9001:2015 underpins our customers’ confidence in our quality systems to aid this process.”
