Engineering Capabilities
Our manufacturing division features a fully equipped tool room supported by the latest CAD technology with 3D modelling capabilities. This combines dynamic product development with dramatic time and cost reductions.
In 2019, Albert Jagger teamed up with the Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) to implement 5S, Lean, and Six Sigma processes. This saw improved manufacturing capabilitiesand increased reshoring of products, all while delivering on time, every time. Learn more about the reshoring process here.
Production of engineered components has been enhanced with the addition of two CNC machines, the Citizen Cincom L220 machine and the IMECA Boss 338 HD bar feeder,guaranteeing every product meets the highest standards of quality by manufacturing to exact specifications.
