Bespoke: If users cannot find what they are looking for in products, then BigHead offers a bespoke service, a five-step process in which it works with users to define their requirement in detail. BigHead engineers then design and develop a fastening solution to sample or prototype. Following sample approval, BigHead delivers the bespoke fastener.
Guidance: Here BigHead engineers work with users from the beginning of their project. What is the application? What are you aiming to do? To start the process, users can look at over 20 different fastening configurations. BigHead works with design, manufacturing, and assembly stakeholders to eliminate uncertainty.
