Unified look for marine hardware products

Four new Mobella lock products have been introduced by Southco Marine.
They have been designed to help builders of boats and yachts provide greater consistency in hardware aesthetics and performance across multiple access locations within each individual boat. "They expand upon the company's 'One Look - One Lock' concept that delivers a unified hardware look with the convenience of using a single key code throughout a vessel", explains the Leiff Anderson, general manager, Southco Marine Europe.
All four products are built around the Star-Lock system lock-box that features an active locking deadbolt with an upturned lock mechanism to prevent door lift-off. "Each delivers the enhanced security of a three-axis, six-pin-tumbler design that is more difficult to compromise through picking or unauthorised key duplication. Each features the performance of 100% machine-grade construction and the ergonomic comfort of keys with moulded non-slip contour grips.
"The products are supported by handles, knobs, trim, and finishes that make it easier to maintain consistency with other hardware.
