Stainless steel clamp knob
A stainless steel trilobe clamping knob has been introduced by Elesa for use by machine and equipment builders in situations in which quick adjustment or dismantling is required - from bench-top units to stand-alone production plant.
Nigel Pritchett, Elesa, reports that the product is expected to find use in the marine, offshore, food processing, and pharmaceutical industries as well as in other aggressive environments in which the use of stainless steel is required.
The model GN5339.5 is said to feature the same 'rounded triangle' design as the VTR thermoplastic knob available from the company. It is available in sizes from 32mm diameter to 60mm diameter with M5 to M10 blind tapped hubs.
