"Developed for use on floors of poor quality the product offers enhanced levels of bonding performance and improved surface strength compared with other conventional floor-sealers. In addition, it acts as a dust suppressant." The primer is stated to contain no volatile solvents "thus allowing users to comply with the most recent environmental legislation", says Tony McMullen.
