PC Cox introduce the NEW Electraflow Plus

The Cox Electraflow, already one of the industry's most successful, professional applicators, moves on to the next level with the Electraflow Plus. Now, with a lighter 18V lithium-ion battery, the Electraflow Plus has even more power. Its ergonomic design ensures that the Electraflow Plus provides the professional user with a perfectly balanced tool, capable of smoothly dispensing controlled beads of urethanes and other high-viscosity sealants and adhesives. Electraflow Plus is available in two models: the Electraflow Plus Cartridge and the Electraflow Plus Combi, which can be easily configured to accommodate cartridges and sachets, allowing for quick and efficient dispensing. The new, more powerful Cox Electraflow Plus provides: • 3.5kN of force for higher viscosity materials • 18V Li-Ion battery for greater power and short recharge time (30 minutes for full charge) • Speed rack of maximum 8mm/sec for higher material output • Speed sensitive trigger to assist less experienced operators to bead into and around corners • New soft touch rubber grips to improve operator comfort and tool support on inclined surfaces • Variable 9 speed power dial to set application speed and control the rate of material output • Designed and manufactured in the UK for guaranteed excellent quality • Bespoke control board programmes are possible (at additional cost) • Auto-reverse feature, which drives the rack back automatically after dispensing to prevent material overflow • Overload shut off protection to prevent damage to electronic and mechanical components when overloaded With the latest Li-ion battery technology, the Electraflow Plus can be charged at any time, it doesn't have to be run empty first. All applicators are supplied with one battery as standard; additional batteries can be supplied on request at an extra cost – there are two capacities available: 1.5Ah (fitted as standard), or 3.0Ah which provides longer battery life.
